With a Bachelors in Business Management with an HR Emphasis, From the University of Colorado, Boulder Business School and Masters in Organization Development from Regis University, Denver, Colorado, May brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. May is also qualified as a certified Executive Leadership Coach, from Regis University, Denver Colorado. 

In addition to her education, she has held Global and Senior Talent Acquisition roles in several corporations.

Her successful track record has showcased, recruiting talented individuals in organizations, helping organizations expand their diverse talent both experienced level and University programs. In addition, she has helped individuals transform their careers, through coaching to realize their ambitions, build on their strengths and navigate their careers. 

With a strong passion for diversity, she has worked closely with organizations and individuals to build awareness for these diverse communities, through partnerships with diverse networks and organizations such as Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s), NAAAHR, NBMBAA, INROADS, and OD- International Consulting Associates and Africa Speaking Engagements and consultancy.  

May has the ability to help individuals identify their own personal challenges, using a series of tools, techniques, and dialogues, tailored to work with each client.
